We loved the very quiet neighborhood and totally enjoyed sitting on the patio and watching the golfers go by in the early morning, or enjoying the very quiet evenings as the sun set over the golf course. The place was clean and is very spacious.
What we didn't like was the fact that the owner's food filled most of the refrigerator and there were personal items, like used pieces of soap and bottles of shampoo around. The kitchen drawers were full of tools and there were very few kitchen utensils.
Once we got over the shock of not really having the feel of a "rental" but of "staying in someone's personal space", we had a wonderful vacation, played lots of golf and enjoyed the beautiful neighborhood on many walks. Great nearby restaurants and shopping were enjoyed as well.

We found most of our guests enjoy having toiletries like soap, shampoo , food condiments etc on hand when they arrive.
The food in the refrigerator was not ours. It was the previous guests.
We chose not to dispose of good food, drink etc. when we have back to back guest groups.
Housekeeping should have disposed of used soap so we will will remind them going forward.
We will remedy any lack of kitchen utensils.
The condo is our vacation home and is only available to rent a couple of months/year.
