Rental Rates: Rental Rate is $250.00 per day except the periods described below.
Booking Policy: A minimum of fifty (50) percent deposit is required to confirm reservations.
Cancellation Policy; Deposits will be returned in full if we are notified 30 days or more in advance. Cancellations made less than 30 day prior to booking will be charged 25% of the gross rental amount.

PROPERTY SPECIFICS: * Four BR (sleeps eight) : Master bedroom has king sized bed, private bath and walk-in closet (ceiling fan and A/C); Bedroom #2 has queen bed and built-in closets (ceiling fan and A/C); Bedroom #3 has twin beds, built-in closets (ceiling fans and A/C); Bathroom between Bedroom 2 and 3; Bedroom #4 has Trundle bed, private bath and sleeps two (ceiling fan and A/C). * Living room; Sofa, 2 chairs, entertainment center with Direct TV and DVD (A/C). * Half bath accessible from both Living Room and Pool area. * Dining Room; Square Mahogany dining table with 8 chairs (A/C). * Kitchen; fully equipped with ceiling fan. * Utility Room has large washer and dryer. * Access to Satellite-based, high-speed, wireless Internet service available at the Clubhouse. * Cell phone tower near the Villa (you can rent a cell phone from the auto rental agencies at the Managua airport). * Daily maid service. * Emergency generator automatically provides electricity to the villa during power outages.
AMENITIES: * Grocery shopping service available. * English speaking Driver can meet your flight at the Managua airport - about 2 1/2 hours from Rancho Santana. * NOTE - Rancho Santana is a new and rapidly growing community; as a result certain on-site amenities may be temporarily unavailable as construction work proceeds. * This coastline by the Ranch is known for its world-class surfing. * Pacific Clubhouse. Located on the ranch, this clubhouse has a restaurant where breakfast, lunch and dinner are served. Drinks are also available such as soda, beer, wine, water and the National Rum. Satelite-based internet capability available. * A store is located on the Ranch which has many food items and Nicaraguan items for sale. * Horseback riding. Ride on the beach or all over the ranch. A horse trainer will be with you at all times so you don't need to worry about getting lost. * Tennis, Basketball and Golf. A lighted tennis court is available and also has a basketball hoop.
