The unit was totally remodeled in 2010, giving you all modern amenities, while keeping with the mid-century charm of Desert Skies. There is a queen size pillow top mattress in the bedroom and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room, the unit sleeps up to four people. The bedroom has a large walk-in closet with a dresser and great storage. In the kitchen you will find all new appliances and granite counter tops, also in the bathroom.
The living room has a LCD TV with DVD player, and DVR, the bedroom has a flat screen LCD TV with built in DVD player. Digital cable, WIFI, telephones with free long distance in the US and Canada. There are beautiful appointments throughout the unit, as well as tiled floors, remote controlled ceiling fan in the kitchen and bedroom.
The complex has two pools and a spa. The complex also has two community rooms, with games and beautiful gas fireplaces, all on beautifully kept grounds. The charm and beauty of this 1950's complex still exists here, and it is rumored that Tony Curtis and Janet Leigh once owned Desert Skies.

STAYS OF 29 - 31 NIGHTS, DURING "PEAK SEASON," WILL REMAIN AT THE SAME, $1600.
A $300 DAMAGE DEPOSIT WILL SECURE YOUR RESERVATION, IT IS REFUNDABLE WITHIN 14 DAYS AFTER YOUR VISIT, AND IS NOT PART OF YOUR RENTAL FEE.
ONE HALF OF YOUR RENTAL FEE IS DUE 90 DAYS BEFORE YOUR VISIT, THE SECOND HALF IS DUE 2 WEEKS BEFORE YOUR VISIT, WHICH WILL ALSO INCLUDE YOUR CLEANING FEE OF $100.
