Come enjoy your vacation in this beautiful area of N. Scottsdale with the McDowell Mountains in the background. Stay in this wonderfully spacious and airy home with vaulted ceilings and private 30' lap pool. The living room is very spacious and is beautifully furnished with sectional sofa, 50-inch TV, DVD/Stereo, fireplace, and additional seating. The open floor plan takes you from the living area into the tiled dining with glass dining table and kitchen area, which is fully equipped. The kitchen, with its vaulted ceilings, is a joy to cook in as you look over the pool and patio area. The master suite contains a gorgeous 4-poster bed and leads out through doors to the pool area as well. The master bath has corner wraparound windows looking out to the pool area and it contains an adjacent large walk-in shower and plenty of closet space. The second bedroom on the opposite side of the house is furnished with two twin beds and the third room is furnished with a queen bed.

This home is situated just north of 101 and Pima interchange, just east of Scottsdale Road. Ideally located to give you the maximum accessibility to all the conveniences such as stores and fine restaurants of North Scottsdale, but out of the heavy congestion of those areas. Great location for either traveling north to Cave Creek and Carefree as well as Troon, Pinnacle Peak but also accessibility to get on 101 and go directly to Sedona or further south to Chandler and Tucson for overnight trips.
