The wrap-around balcony opens from the dining room, kitchen, living room, the master suite and first guest bedroom. It faces both south and east, so you can sun worship while other members of your party retreat to the shade. The 525-square-foot wrap-around balcony, the largest at Edgewater also provides a nice cross-breeze to make even the hottest day tolerable. The balcony is furnished for outdoor dining, relaxing with a good book or just enjoying one of our spectacular sunsets over the emerald-green water and beautiful, white sand of our beaches.

The fully equipped Kitchen has a gourmet entertaining island, Corian countertops, a large side-by-side refrigerator with filtered water and ice, smooth-top stove, microwave, dishwasher, disposal, dishes, glasses, cookware, large capacity washer and dryer and all cooking utensils. For sleeping- a King, a Queen, and 2 full-size beds sleeps 8 people.

Let your worries drain as you look over the “World’s Most Beautiful Beach” in peace and serenity from sunrise to sunset! Every thing you could possibly need is provided in our 2 rentals including: bath and bed linens, dish, dishwasher and laundry detergents, fabric softener, cleaning supplies, spices, foil, and food bags.
