Reservation Agreement & Policies
Minimum nights:
Starr Crest Resort Cabin Rentals requires a two-night minimum stay. A 5-night minimum stay is required for Christmas and 3-night stay is required at New Years. A 5-night minimum stay is required over the Thanksgiving holiday.
Terms of Payment:
All payments to Starr Crest Resort Cabin Rentals must be made by a major credit card. To make a reservation, have your credit card handy and call us. To reserve your cabin you will need to make payment for the first night, which includes a non-refundable $35 reservation fee. At the time of check-in we will accept cash, money orders, certified checks, travelers checks, or any major credit card (including MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express).
Damage Deposit and Pet Deposit:
A Damage Deposit is required at check-in on all reservations with a major credit card. The amount of the Damage Deposit will depend on the size of cabin you are staying in. -
The amount will be an authorization only and will automatically be taken off your credit card ten (10) days after departure provided there is no damage done to the cabin. When you stay with Starr Crest Resort Cabin Rentals, you will be staying in an expensive, privately-owned home. If extra cleaning is required after you leave, it will cost a minimum of $100, or more, depending upon the nature of the extra cleaning.
Check-in & Check-out:
Check-in is at 4 PM. Please do not try to check in early unless previous arrangements have been made. If you will be arriving after 10 pm Monday-Friday or after 6 pm Saturday & Sunday, you must call the office prior to your arrival so we can have your check-in welcome package provided for pick-up. Checkout time is 10 a.m. You will be expected to put trash in the receptacle located outside, place dishes in dishwasher and start, secure the cabin with all doors/windows locked, and turn lights out. Please ask about additional units.

The Party Hut a three-story, five-bedroom log cabin located in Starr Crest Resort has been designed for family reunions, parties and weddings. This log cabin is only minutes from Dollywood, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The main level includes a fully-equipped kitchen, big screen TV with Cable, DVD/VCR, dining room, living room with fireplace, one Queen sleeper sofa, and CD player. This beautiful log cabin also includes two-bedrooms each with a TV and a hall bath. This level also has a large laundry room with full size washer and dryer. The entire lower level of The Party Hut is a game room with a Sauna with a built in stereo CD, air hockey, Foosball, pool table, pub table, electric dart board, shuffle board, TV, DVD, CD Player, two Queen sleeper sofas and a small refrigerator. One bedroom has two bunk beds, TV and a full bath.
The upper level of The Party Hut has a full bar with an ice maker, dish washer, small under the counter refrigerator, a three-in-one game table which includes poker table, bumper pool and dining top. There is also a second living room with a big screen TV with DVD/VCR, CD/stereo player, fireplace and two Queen sleeper sofas. There are two bedrooms with TVs, and two full baths. The Party Hut has six rockers on both decks, a Hot Tub on each deck. There are 2 Charcoal Grills. This cabin has enough parking for 8 to 10 vehicles and a circular driveway so you will not be cramped. We hope you enjoy your stay and will return again and again.
