  • Weekly Rentals Requirements:
    To confirm your reservation, an initial deposit of $500. to $1500 (depending on time of year )is required. An email will be sent confirming your reservation and will serve as your confirmation until you receive a written notice;Clients must confirm email immediately (within 24 hours) otherwise reservation will be canceled. Deposit must be received by our office within 4 days of booking or dates will automatically be canceled.
  • Cancellation Policy:
    After 59 days the cancellation fee will consist of the entire deposit and will be retained by owner. Any cancellation 30 days prior to arrival deposit and weekly rental is non refundable.

Home will not be rented to those under 25 and if a parent or guardian rents the home and does not stay the entire week with those under 25 they will be asked to leave and not only forfeit all monies but will also be obligated to pay and additional $500.00 cleaning deposit. A wonderful vacation home

We arrived early with our guests of all ages and must say the house was extremely clean and provided everything from towels, to blow dryers, The location of the home is the best in the beach. Right IN the middle so you can walk or bike to stores, restaurants and our kids rode bikes to the amusement park.
We can;t think of anything one could add as it was so enjoyable for us and Yes I would definitely recommend this home to everyone. We enjoyed it so much that we are returning next summer.

Location, Location, Location

This property has a location that can't be beat. The access to the beach was fabulous and we watched surfers and dolphins from the upper deck every morning and evening. Unfortunately, there is much deferred maintenance on the property and it is in need of a deep cleaning. Check-in is supposed to be at 3 PM but the cleaning crew was running late so we waited 2 hours on the deck (in the sun) before we could enter. One would think with the extra time the place would be clean.....definately not. The hot tub was not in working order and the water was murky grey. It wasn't usable during our stay. Perhaps the worst issue was the raccoons living in the crawl space. Every night we could hear them in the downstairs bedroom as if they were trying to tunnel through the floor. Calls to the owner were deferred to the same folks who did a poor job cleaning, and we were told no pest control company was available to deal with the raccoons. It was just awful. I would not book this rental again.

I love this rental. The place was in great shape and was accommodating to my children and my dog. It has a beautiful view and has is walking distance from everything. I was even able to watch satellite TV with my family at night. I plan on staying here every time I visit San Diego!!!

The location was great and the amenities were as described. The surrounding area was safe and quiet. The only issue that prevents me from giving it excellent was the fact that the property was not as clean as I would expect given the fact that we were charged a cleaning fee and expected the place would be cleaner when we arrived. I would recommend the property to a friend.
