Extensively Remodeled 3 BR 3.5 BA House

'Location, location, location' says it all about this property. It is an easy walk to Lake Michigan beaches, excellent shopping opportunities, Arts Tavern and the Boone Dock's deck. Cherry Republic is only a block away. In addition, there is a safe, private access to the township park. The park features tennis courts, playground equipment and a basketball court.

The home interior features beautiful hardwood floors, stone fireplace, a new master bedroom suite, a new bath and a half, and a recreation area kids and adults will enjoy. The exterior features a large grassy yard framed by majestic white pines, two decks surrounded by colorful gardens and a peaceful campfire area.

Amenities: The house includes: full kitchen facilities, microwave, washer & dryer, ping-pong table, color TV with cable, DVD and CD player. Linens and towels are provided.

Activities: Beach walking, swimming, biking, kayaking, canoeing, hiking, tennis, wildlife viewing, sailing, boating, fishing, hunting, shopping and water skiing.

Truly a home away from home and a gem to any family looking for comfortable, clean, and lovely accommodations  Everything the owners have described about this property is 100% accurate and then some!!  Very clean, spacious and generously furnished inside and out.  The atmosphere is very peaceful and private even though it is close to town. (which is a big plus as you can walk to anything and everything in minutes, including a five minute stroll to the lake shore for sunsets!)  Ron and Diane are welcoming and make sure you have everything you need to relax and enjoy your stay.We highly recommend this property for your northern Michigan vacation!!!!!!Thanks again Ron and Diane!!!

Perfect is the best way to describe this home and the people who own it. The house is beautiful inside and out. There is a brand new kitchen that is wonderful to cook in (if you want to). The location in town makes it just a quick walk to Lake Michigan, Glen Lake, shops and many restaurants. Ron and DIane are very welcoming and go out of their way to make you feel right at home. We look forward to next summer.

The very day we leave we start thinking about next year! It is a wonderful home. Very comfortable with everything you could want or need. It is so great that everyone (including children) can walk to the playground, activities and restaurants. Quiet and peaceful but close to everything. The beauty in the area is unbeatable with so many ways to enjoy it. It continues to be the high spot of my year.

Excellent Home and Location

Not only is this home clean, well-supplied and comfortable, but it is beautifully landscaped and an easy walk to the center of town. It is located next to a lovely garden shop that has live jazz music on Tuesday and Friday evenings. It was fantastic to sit on the porch with a glass of wine and enjoy the music. Also, there are public tennis courts a half block away. A colorful and friendly group shows up on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings for pick -up games of doubles.
We hope to make it back next summer!
