• High Summer Season: $3,500/Week $500/night
  June 16- September 30 1 Week minimum
  
  Low Season: $3,500Week $500/Night
  October 1 - June 15 2 night minimum
  
  Wine and Seafood Festival $700/night - around 3rd week in February each year
  3 night minimum and 10 persons maximum.
• To Complete Your Reservation
  
  1. Upon initial reservation: Send 50% of the total nights + Refundable $500
  damage/reservation deposit.
  2. 30 days prior to arrival:
  Send rest of the 50% total nights stay
  3. $175 non-refundable cleaning fee upon departure
  
  Note:
  
  We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.

  Refunds And Cancellations
  
  If the final payment is not received 20 days prior to arrival,
  
  1. We reserve the right to cancel the reservation and open the dates for others to reserve.
  2. A cancellation/handling fee of $100 will then be assessed.
  3. If we can fill the time you have reserved, your deposit will be fully refunded.
  4. If all or part of the time is not re-booked, the 50% deposit will pay for that unused time.
