This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2-story lake cottage that sleeps 2-8 comfortably, was refurbished in the spring of 2007. Located on the east side of the lake it is perfectly positioned to take in a breathtaking evening sunset while relaxing on the Adirondack chairs under the shade of the trees.A wall of glass French doors in the Great room make it a perfect place to sit and watch the lake and admire the gardens throughout the day. Beautiful decorated with oak floors, and a classic combination of antique and modern furniture and accessories, it truly is a home from home.A well equipped kitchen and laundry room is also a great feature of this home. With a ground floor bedroom and bathroom , it is ideal for people with limited mobility.A level lake frontage with shelving beach is perfect for children. Three upstairs bedrooms and a sleeping porch gives ample space for everyone.

  • $140 Cleaning fee
    9% Reservation fee

    $55 Damage Insurance plus a $200 refundable deposit (subject to final inspection) charged at booking or alternatively a $1500 security deposit on arrival is required

    Pillows, mattress covers, blankets & coverlets/bedspreads provided.
    Linens and Towels can be provided at additional cost of $20 person
    Pet fee $50 per pet ( if applicable)
    Water Craft:
    Resort Property Rentals and its owners do not accept any liability for damage when using docks, moorings, boat hoists on any property . Any damage will be sole responsibility of the Renter. Please advise us if you intend to bring any watercraft and we can advise you of suitability to the property
