All linens and towels are supplied. There is a coin laundry on every floor. There is cable TV in each bedroom and the living room; there are 2 VCR's and a DVD player also. There is a stereo unit and a small library. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with a wine rack, Coffee Maker, Microwave, Pots and Pans, Dish washer, specialty china and glassware. A private garage with a covered parking space comes with this unit. The Olympic size pool is cooled in the summer and heated in the winter. There is Internet access in the unit, portable phones, a breakfast bar, full dining room table and comfortable, clean and new furniture.
