The Courtyard is adjacent to the heated Pool, Spa and the Intracoastal which awaits you along with the balmy breezes and sun kissed beaches of Southeast Florida. The building, in the design of a Mediterranean Villa, was built in 2002 and the condo is fully furnished. The layout is a 2 BR/2 BA split design with wall-to-wall Berber type carpet and ceramic tile floors. Located in a Residential Area, you will be only minutes from the famous Beaches and Shopping of Palm Beach, as well as only 1 Mile to Downtown West Palm Beach - renowned City Place & Clematis Street. Singer Island is 10 minute drive and PGA 15 minutes. Disney Word & Sea World only a 2 1/2 hour drive. Sorry, MINIMUM 30 DAY RENTAL PERIOD REQUIRED

We enjoyed our stay. Owners kept all promises and were easy to deal with. Lovely view of the courtyard and pool but palm fronds obstructed our view of the intracoastal. I suppose as they grow the view differs. Beds were great! Community is beautiful

Very comfortable furnishings. Owners very accomodating. Everything is as they said it would be in terms of the apartment, location, amenities, surrounding area, etc.
