Comfortably furnished and accessorized, this unit has all new appliances, linens, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, dishes and glassware, window treatments, furniture, along with ceiling fans and TVs in every room. We just added a 32'' LCD flat screen TV and X-Box for our guests pleasure. The master bedroom has all new furniture with a king-size bed. The second and third bedrooms each have two twin beds. There is also a pull out queen sleeper sofa in the living room. A pack n' play crib and bed side rails are also available for our guests. Access to tennis rackets, toys for the kids, puzzles and games for all ages, a collection of books, videos, DVDs, CDs and cassette tapes, beach toys, boogie boards, beach umbrella, and beach chairs.
All of our guests have access to the properties recreation lounge on the 12th floor which provides an area for special gatherings and recreation complete with kitchen facilities, 2 pool tables, ping pong table, collection of books and puzzles.
The roof deck opens to panoramic views of the beach and the river and is an excellent place to enjoy spectacular sunrises and space shuttle launches. A state-of-the-art entry gate system has just been installed making this one of only a few facilities on New Smyrna Beach with restricted gated access. In addition, high speed internet access is now available for all renters so you can stay connected to the world while listening to the soothing sounds of the ocean waves.
Enjoy the many activities that come with being on 14 miles of the finest sandy beach. Be warned once you stay here you'll want to come back again and again and again.
