The house has a private gazebo where you can enjoy the scenery or read a book. The table with large umbrella on the deck is suitable for outdoor dining.
If you want to be closer to the water, there is a covered gazebo so you can watch the kids play while you relax in the shade or even picnic right next to the water.
The lake house has central air conditioning and water heater. It is fully furnished – including towels, linens, starter paper and cooking supplies, even a picnic basket!
The kitchen is stocked with refrigerator, oven, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, and blender. There is a washer and a dryer in the utility area.
BR B Activities: /B BR If you don’t want to go anywhere, you can fish or swim right off the dock. Or use the hammock for an afternoon snooze. Catch a sunset cruise on a riverboat, the Catawba Queen at Queen’s Landing, one of Lake Norman’s activity centers with dining and outdoor entertainment. Their outdoor entertainment includes bumper boats, two putt putt courses, tennis courts and weekly summertime bands.
Nearby, you can visit the Lake Norman State Park with hiking trails, picnic areas and campgrounds. The Park has 13 miles of shoreline for boating access.
Large shopping centers are only minutes away in the Mooresville area, downtown Charlotte and Concord, including Concord Mills.
