Photos and Description of the Panama City Beach vacation condo rental This 1BR 1.5 BA Condo is the Perfect Rental for Fisherman, Divers and Boaters

This ground floor condo is the closest to the pool and boat dock with an excellent view of each as well as Grand Lagoon. Located off of Thomas Drive, you are within walking distance of several nice restaurants, night clubs and amusements. The interior is done in warm earth tones to give you the comfort of feeling that you are at home. The master bedroom has a private bath, queen size bed, 19inch color TV with remote and a cordless telephone. Two more people can sleep on the new queen size sleeper sofa in the living room and take over the half bath down the hall. The dining table seats four and is separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar that seats three. There is a table for four on the covered patio outside if you wish to dine outdoors. A fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, range with cook top, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender and refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, place settings for eight and a new set of pots and pans.

Notes: Private dock for condo guests and owners only features complimentary boat parking during your stay, fresh water wash down, 110VAC 15 amp receptacles and fish cleaning station. Boat trailer parking is provided in the parking lot near a water source for engine runs and wash down. We provide two spinning rods for our guests to use off of the dock you just need to buy some bait and tackle. There is a six foot deep swimming pool located right out the back door with nice deck furniture, a clubhouse with restrooms, sauna bath and a charcoal grill for you to use. Beach access is across Thomas Drive, we provide you with two beach recliners and two beach towels to use with our compliments. Lighted tennis courts are in the middle of the resort, we provide you with two racquets and balls to use. Shuffleboard... Why? We have a selection of books and magazines available in the condo. The nearby plaza has a restaurant, wine shop, clothes shop and salon.
