Enjoy breathtaking sunrises over beautiful Lake Charlevoix at our home built in 2005. Spend the day on our sandy beach and quiet evenings in the screened- in porch. Located on the South Arm of Lake Charlevoix, our home offers a spectacular setting for your up north vacation. Conveniently located between Charlevoix and East Jordan so that you can visit both within minutes. Also close to Boyne.

About The Owner

My wife and I grew up visiting and living in Northern Michigan. Each year we have our family reunions up north and enjoyed it so much we wanted to share the experience with our children which is why we invested on Lake Charlevoix's South Arm. Our home located between quaint East Jordan and beautiful Charlevoix is the perfect setting for our own peace of paradise! We find the setting private yet close to many amenities.

Charlevoix is one of the most beautiful places in Michigan. Lake Charlevoix is a spectucular lake for water sports, boating, and fishing.

What makes this cottage unique

Our vacation home is spacious and private. It is the perfect place for a family vacation. With three decks and a screened in porch you can always find a place to relax and enjoy the lake view and surrounding up north woods.

We rated this our favorite family vacation ever. The cottage was beautiful and had plenty of room to spread out. It contains 4 beautiful bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms-we had more than enough room for just our family. We enjoyed playing games on the sun porch, camp fires on the beach, and spending quality family time together. The lake is amazing with spectacular views from almost every room in the cottage. We purchased jet skis prior to our arrival which was enjoyed by everyone and allowed us to explore the huge lake. Recommend renting a jet ski from local marina to add to your trip. We plan to go back again next year!

What a beautiful house and property. The house was beautiful and suited our need perfectly. Great place for a wedding/boating weekend. Our entire party had a great time, and we would definitely go back and do it all again. The owners were also very accommodating and made the entire rental process a breeze. Thanks so much!

Fantastic location, home & view. Although our family only had 4 nights at this beautiful home, it felt like we had been away for an eternity. Total relaxation & stress free vacation. This home is located close enough to modern amenities, yet feels secluded and far away. The home was clean, beautiful & spacious- the pictures don't do it justice. One of our funnest days was when we rented a jetski from the local marina, just minutes away- the water was perfect for this. The moonstruck evenings on the beautiful beach with our own firepit was a bonus, as was the screened in porch. The children especially loved the raft in the lake,the wildlife & the huge bedroom with bunkbeds. The owners were great to deal with, & answered all our questions quickly and honestly. Overall, we had a great family vacation here, with lots of beautiful memories. Thank-you for sharing your piece of paradise with us!!

What a great place to stay! Fun for the Kids and Adults. Enough room in the house for everyone. We had a group of 8 - two families each with two kids. (there is room for more, if needed). Can't go wrong staying here. I'll book it again for next year!
