It includes 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 2 dens with a stunning view of the Gulf and its own private heated pool inside a 6-home gated community. Second bedroom has king bed with private balcony which overlooks the Gulf and 30-A. Bunk room has 2 sets of bunk beds. Second bedroom and bunk room share Jack-n-Jill. Children's den has couch that is not a pull out bed.
