Satellite internet access Amenities: Located 10 miles south of Itasca State Park with lots of trails in state forest for kids and outdoor enthusiasts. The Heartland Trail is close by and provides a scenic route for bikers and skaters. The trail is paved from Park Rapids to Walker, with convenient rest stops, parking and bike rentals. There are many golf courses close by and Brookside Resort across the lake has a par 3, 9-hole course great for kids and adults.
Fishing is great on our Two Inlets Lake, for pan fish, crappies, bass, northern and walleye. We have nesting bald eagles and many loons on the lake. There are many great restaurants in the area offering a variety of menus. A trip to Dorset is a must with its 4 excellent eating establishments. If you are a race fan, B.I.R. race track is 1 1/4 hours away in the Brainerd area.
