The deluxe, oceanfront Wailea Polo Beach Club is located next to Maui’s fashionable Wailea resort area with fantastic shopping and restaurants and just minutes from the championship golf courses and tennis courts of Wailea and Makena condo resorts. Wailea Polo Beach is a Non Smoking Property.
In order to best serve our visitors, the State of Hawaii requires that all owners have an on-island property rental management firm and we have selected Destination Resorts Hawaii as our designated company. Servicing Wailea owners and their guests for over 30 years, we have found that this Wailea-based company can quickly react to any needs or concerns that our guests may have, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Their guest care program encompasses Front Desk (check-in and registration), Housekeeping, Maintenance, Concierge and Emergency Repair Services.
Our guests check in 24-hours a day with a live person, not fumble with a lockbox or emailed instructions. During your stay, assistance is available from the Reception Office seven days a week to address your requests and inquiries.
When booking our unit, there are no additional check-out or cleaning fees.
Included in our daily rate is a Deluxe Housekeeping Service which is provided every 3 days by a professional staff, many whom have been with the company and servicing our unit for many years. Deluxe Housekeeping includes complete vacuuming of the condominium, change of bed linens, cleaning of the lanai tabletops and floors, exchanging soiled bathroom towels, cleaning of bathrooms and restocking of bath amenities, cleaning of kitchen and loading dishwasher, removal of trash, sweeping and mopping floors, dusting furniture, and cleaning countertops and tabletops. If you prefer more frequent service, Daily Housekeeping can also be provided for an additional fee.
Complimentary services include a welcome amenity of Hawaiian coffee and condiments, self parking, Wi-Fi Internet access, local telephone calls, dish and laundry detergent and island scented soaps, shampoo and lotion.
Their Concierge Desk provide expert information and personalized service for all your vacation needs including all activities, snorkel & beach gear rentals, cribs & high chairs, golf, dining, maps, massage, local insider tips, grocery delivery, car rental, baby items and much more.
In the unlikely event a maintenance issue arises, an on-call Maintenance team can be dispatched 7 days a week, even for the smallest correctable issues such as appliance repairs or plumbing incidents. And a manager is on duty and on call 24-hours a day to coordinate any emergency repairs, an added assurance should this ever occur in the middle of the night.
