Fully renovated to her original grace including exquisite details such as rare wood paneling, elaborate crystal chandeliers, detailed crown moldings, a sweeping staircase creates a timeless ambiance. Built as a private home in 1912 and rich in traditional history, the Mansion once entertained celebrities and royalty as Bing Crosby, John Wayne, and others.

Complete restoration of the Mansion and construction of a 16-suite Villa has charmed visitors with luxurious accommodations in a stunning forested ,ocean setting. Adjacent to The Crown Mansion, the Heritage Forest of ancient old growth, over 300 years, stand predominately Coastal Douglas Fir trees offering a protective canopy to the meandering trails. Why The Owner chose Qualicum Beach

This property caught me by surprise when I first visited and did a tour. I had played golf a few times across the street and viewed the property as stately and said to myself that I should drop in one day. I have travelled a fair bit, upon entering the lobby, it reminded me of the Ritz. The carpet, the mldgs, the wainscoting, the quality of the finishing's, the furniture, etc all said to me that I would enjoy being part of this exciting part of history in buying a villa in this building. I live in Nanoose Bay, not far away, on the golf course there, but in time I could and will surely move into this place and enjoy it very much.

The best place we have ever stayed!

My husband and I were fortunate enough to stay in this lovely villa for almost five weeks from the end of September until the first of November. This villa is absolutely beautiful! It is by far the nicest and most relaxing place we have ever stayed in ~~ The kitchen is a dream to prepare meals in ~ The bed is huge and so very comfortable ~ The villa has a wonderful covered porch to sit out on and enjoy the view of the Memorial Golf Course and the ocean rain or shine. The photos posted hardly do this amazing place justice!

Staying at the Crown Mansion, that is attached to the villas, is such a special experience as well. We so enjoyed the staff there and had two absolutely delicious meals in the dining room. Be sure to spend some time enjoying the restaurant area of the mansion and the grounds as well if you stay at the villa, as you will be made to feel so welcome there.

The Heritage Forest just steps from the villa is absolutely one of our favorite places in Qualicum Beach. We never missed a day strolling through the forest and it's right next door!

We almost hate to post this, as we don't really want to "share" what will always be, to us, the very best place to stay in the Oceanside area~ Thank you so very much Bob for allowing us to enjoy your lovely home.

Look no further. This condo is 1st rate and a real find. We definitely plan on staying here again regardless of whether or not our travels take us to Parksville or Courtenay/Comox. We've already shared our find with friends albeit reluctantly as we wish to keep this treasure to ourselves. You won't be disappointed.

Absolutely Beautiful

We had a terrific time Your place is beautiful-first class,easy to find,and luxurious.We really enjoyed the area.We took in the Intern Sandcastle Sculpture Competition,walked & dined along the stunning beaches,strolled through the Tuesday Night Market,had icecream at the Cheeseworks,were fascinated by the historic Milner Garden and of course,played the QualicumBeach Memorial Golf course across the street,played poorly but the scenery and Greek Restaurant were terrific.We will be recommending your Crown Mansion getaway to friends and hope to visit again sometime,All the best Christine & Michael
