When you arrive at this recently upgraded three-bedroom condo located just 2 short blocks from Park City Mountain Resort main lifts, our property manager, will personally greet and show you all of the benefits of the condo, as well as highlight many of the great opportunities awaiting you in Park City. The location on Park Ave is within walking distance of a great grocery store and just a few steps from one of Park City’s free bus route stops. You can ride this bus to Deer Valley or The Canyons for more skiing, or downtown to wonderful shopping and exquisite dining if you don’t care for the seven-minute walk.
Each of the three bedrooms has its individual bath with marble fixtures. The master bedroom has a king size bed and its bath is complete with a 6 x 3 foot walk in marble shower. A fully equipped modern kitchen with a Corian counter top, molded sink and alder wood cabinets make this condo an ideal place to practice your culinary skills if that is your desire, while the glass top stove and dishwasher make cleanup extra easy. The wood-burning fireplace provides for a cozy evening after a hard day on the slopes, while you watch the 42 inch flat screen HDTV in the living room. Wi Fi is included in this deluxe condo along with a whole house humidifier to combat the dry air. The new tank less water heater means that you will never run out of hot water, and the washer and dryer means you can pack lighter. There is inside ski storage and a boot dryer for your skiing convenience and for those family nights a closet full of board games and books.
To ease those sore muscles after a long day of skiing, there is a large common hot tub or spa, along with a dry sauna, and if you bring the kids, the complex also has a Ping-Pong table available. Park City’s notoriously hard water is now conditioned throughout the entire complex by a filtered softening system making showers and bathing delightful. Parking is assigned in the underground garage for one vehicle, with outside overflow parking available

We live in South Carolina just ninety minutes from a ski resort, but after skiing in the west we don't even bring our skis home with us. Every time we come to our home away from home we hate to leave, but we are happy to share it with others. It is not only great in the winter, but also in the spring, summer and fall. We hope you will come and enjoy it as much as we do.
Roger Dilling purchased this condo in 2003
After years of Time Share exchanges all over the western US searching for the best place to ski, we settled on Park City. The lower altitude, which means the temperatures are not severely cold, and Utah's wonderful snow are a combination that cannot be beat. Add that to the benefit that you can get on an airplane on the east coast in the morning, fly to Salt Lake, and be skiing that afternoon, how can you possibly lose. We then spent a year looking at many different Park City condos before choosing ours. Over the past twelve years we have completed many upgrades to our home away from home and have enjoyed sharing it with many families. We would very much like to add your family to that list.
Great Location, just 2 blocks up the 14th street hill to Park City Mountain resort, and after a hard day on the slopes, it is down hill all the way home. The free bus stops in either direction are within a 150 feet of the front entrance entrance of our Condo complex to go anywhere in Park City. We have just installed a new water filtration/softening system in the whole complex to combat Park City's hard water and the new tankless hot water system means that regardless of how many long showers there are, you will never run out of hot water....
This was a very nice place, only 1.5 blocks from the parking lot from the Park City ski area. (However, one of those blocks is up a steep hill.) The living room and bedrooms are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipments. Bathrooms are nice. My only compliant is plungers sitting out in the open in each bathroom.
We found the condo to be vary spacious, clean and extremely comfortable. The parking, wireless access, fireplace, and easy access to the hot tub were very convenient. We walked to the park city resort - GREAT access!
Three senior couples had a great week! Right on free bus line ( with stop steps from unit) and 2 blocks from Park City Resort. Parked car and rode bus for a week downtown, Deer Valley and The Canyons. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Had some great conversations sitting in the corner couches with the fire roaring. Guys loved the boot warmer and having three bathrooms was big selling point for the ladies. And, working with Roger was a real pleasure.
We had a great week in this very convenient, comfortable and well equipped condo. Having lots of beds works really well for our family as does having a well equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer, good heat and games to play. The hot tub and sauna were really nice as well. We had a ridiculously large vehicle, but it fit in the garage and the mountain is so close that walking back and forth was easy.
This was the 2nd time staying at Roger's place. Everything was great.
Our family of 5 (including 3 teenagers) found this condo to be a perfect fit. It was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. It was roomy enough that we did not feel like we were all on top of each other. I would say that the interior is nicer than the website photos imply. You can tell that the owners have put thought into what skiers would need, there are plenty of hooks for gear, cubbies for skis, a bench inside the door to take off ski boots, boot warmers, etc. The wood-burning fireplace and the hot tub were great for apres-ski relaxing. We had a car, but found it was very easy to take the bus to the ski lifts, and into town. The walk into town was about 5-10 minutes, which was fun to do when weather permitted. Ron, the property manager, was friendly and helpful and was there right when he said he would be. All in all, we were well satisfied!
