Family Room: Large room open to dining room and kitchen complete with sectional couch, rocker/recliner, big screen TV, DVD, and VCR player.
Kitchen/dining areas: Everything you will need! Stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, toaster, pots and pans, all utensils, and much more. Kitchen island with bar stools surrounded by tons of cabinet and counter space. Dining table with six comfortable padded chairs, with view of the patio and pool areas through the oversized sliding glass doors.
Master bedroom: Beautifully 'Polynesian inspired' decorated room with king bed, dresser, sitting area, TV, private balcony, and huge master bath with separate shower/tub, and walk-in closet. This room truly IS paradise!
Bedroom 2: We call this room our 'mini-suite'. Enormous room with king bed, Two twin beds, ( can be made into king bed)dresser, armoire, chair with ottoman, and TV complete with DVD, VCR, and surround sound.
Bedroom 3: This room is our main floor bedroom. Contains a queen size sleigh bed, dresser, and closet. Located just off the family room and right next to the main floor bathroom.
Bedroom 4: This room is inspired by our Granddaughter, Jenna. It is decorated in a children's room theme, enough to make any child on vacation feel right at home. It contains 2 twin beds, ( can be made into king bed)dresser, closet and opens up to a 'Jack and Jill' bathroom shared with bedroom 5.
Bedroom 5: Known as our 'Buckaroo' room, this room is decorated in a true Western theme, complete with a lasso, cowboy hats, and horseshoes. It has two twin beds,( can be made into king bed) dresser, large closet, and opens to adjoining bathroom.
Miscellaneous: All TVs are equipped with cable. Ceiling fans located in every room, all towels and linens are provided including pool towels which are located in the laundry room along with an iron, ironing board, and pool toys. Washer and dryer available. For those of you with small children there is a playpen, highchair, stroller, walker, car seat, and baby monitor for the afternoons spent by the pool during nap time. Large swing set with slide and monkey bars located on grass area in the back yard. Fire pit located in the back yard for those cool desert evenings. Two sets of tables and chairs, poolside lounge chairs, gas grill, misting system, ceiling fans all located under covered patio which is shaded from the afternoon sun. Bikes- one with training wheels for kids-another for older child.
