Located near historic Charleston and the PGA Championship at Kiawah, on beautiful Seabrook Island Road, nestled among hundred-year-old oaks and palms, you will find the perfect vacation beach house to accomodate your whole family. This older 2300 square foot home has been completely renovated and boasts a spacious living room, 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, hardwood floors throughout, tiled kitchen and baths, and a relaxing beach décor . The living area is the heart of the house offering a wooded view of the island. French doors off the living area provide access to the deck over-looking the private lot. The dining room comfortably entertains eight. The Seabrook Island Club has just completed a $31 million renovation of golf, tennis, equestrian, fitness & pool facilities, and bars & restaurants. Relax and enjoy all that Seabrook has to offer. Seabrook Island Club Access Available for daily fee.

Three of the bedrooms have queen size beds each with their own unique decor, the master bedroom has a king size bed with a private bath and access to the deck.

Inside this gated island community, you can take a short bike ride to the island’s pristine beaches, crabbing dock and ocean lookout. Canoe or kayak through the beautiful marsh creeks. Enjoy access to all of the amenities offered by the Seabrook Island Club including 3 swimming pools, tennis courts, 2 golf courses, fitness center, library, game room, equestrian center, bars, restaurants and more. Outside the gates you can enjoy more golf at Oakpoint and Kiawah, visit the many area restaurants, shops and spa at Kiawah or Bohickit Marina, and tour Charleston.
