Downstairs features a well-appointed eat-in kitchen, living room with two-story ceiling, king master and queen second bedroom, two baths and a great furnished screened porch. The porch is accessible from the living room and the master bedroom. Off the porch you'll find a fabulous deck with incredible views. Upstairs, the loft overlooks the living room and features a queen sleeper, gulf-front queen bedroom with private sundeck and another bath. Each bedroom has its own television with cable provided. The living room entertainment center features Flat-screen TV/DVD and IHome Stereo - and a library of movies, music and books for your enjoyment. On the ground level, you'll find two picnic tables, a brand-new wooden deck with stairs to the beach, outside shower and a utility room with washer and dryer. Also in the utility room you'll find a beach toys, floats, etc.

THINGS TO DO: Swimming, snorkeling, sunbathing, diving, boating, kayaking, sailing, water-skiing, windsurfing, jet-skiing, canoeing, scalloping, shelling, hiking, biking, golf, fishing, horseback riding, shopping, restaurants, sightseeing, reading, beachcombing, jogging. Walk to the Tradin' Post for snacks or supplies, head to The Scallop Cove BP to rent a kayak or a bike or grab something to eat. Stop in at Cone Heads for ice cream on the way to the State Park. Famous Indian Pass Raw Bar is open again and a short drive, as well as Loggerhead's Restaurant on the Cape. Short drives to Mexico Beach, Port St. Joe and Apalachicola as well

We have just returned from our 2nd year of vacationing at the Cape in this house & loved it! It is a very nice house, has everything a person might need including a telescope! The owners are very nice & if a problem should arise, they address it right away.
