Located at 2615 Atlantic Avenue in Spray Beach (near Beach Haven). Great BEACH BLOCK upstairs apartment with views of the ocean off of the large deck. There are 3 bedrooms - 1 with 1 queen bed, 1 with 1 double and the 3rd with a double bed/twin bed bunk bed that the kids love. There is also a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. The outside shower is in addition to the modern 1 bathroom. Completely remodeled apartment in the past 5 - 7 years. 1 hour north of Atlantic City, NJ.

The apartment is located at 2615 Atlantice Avenue ON THE BEACH BLOCK just 10 blocks north of Beach Haven and all of it's activities - restaurants, shops, Fantasy Island amusement park, water park, miniature golf, etc. Atlantic City is only one hour south and 2 golf courses are less than 1/2 hour away. Guests return year after year because of the location, the decks with ocean views and the updated, clean, fully equipped apartment. Owner apartment on 1st floor.

Location and Activities: Close to Beach Haven with lots of restaurants, shops, water park, miniature golf, and Fantasy Island kid's park and arcade - 10 blocks away. Quiet oceanside street away from main blvd - on the BEACH BLOCK with only one house between you and the ocean. Large lot with plenty of parking and area for kids to play on deck and grounds. Local day spa only 15 minutes away and Atlantic City and multiple golf courses only 1 hour away.
