Catch a quiet sunset from the balcony or watch the kids play in the pool, all from the privacy of the living room or master bedroom balcony. The perfect location of the Pavilion Palms makes it possible to spend the day at Miramar Park directly across the street or stroll to restaurants and shopping nearby. You have convenient access to a two car garage, elevator, and heated pool. Our unit is a 3 Bedroom 3 Full bath unit. It sleeps 10. We have one king sized bed in the master bedroom, one King size bed in bedroom 2, and 2 Queen beds that sleep four in bedroom number 3. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living rm.

We are on Scenic Hwy 98, near Pompano Joe's restaurant and the public beach called Miramar Beach. There is a biking and walking trail directly in front of our unit that runs for about 5 miles. This is the east side of Destin and we are very close to the new Destin Commons Mall and the Outlet Malls.

The pictures do not give this property justice! We were pleasently surprised by the roominess and comfort here. Everything we needed was provided. So clean and we had that "right at home" feeling as soon as we walked in. I will recommend this condo to everyone. The pool, the beach, the resturants, the shopping and the Nintindo 64 made our vacation the best ever. Thanks for sharing your "home" with us.

We had a wonderful time at your unit this year. Our daughter celebrated her 4th birthday during our stay & we had a great beach themed party complete with hawaiin shirts & flower leis for all. The condo was great, every need met. We LOVED the addition of the beach wagon. Great idea! We rented bicycles with child seats for our 2 week stay. We traveled many miles & really love the garage access for storage. Thanks again, we can't say enough.

We had a great week in Destin. The condo was perfect for us and easily accommodated both of our adult children's families. We loved the proximity to the beach, the beach toys from your garage, and the pool.
