Our condo's are 1300 to 4500 sq. feet, 3 to 7 bedrooms, 1, 2 and 4 1/2 bathrooms, kitchen/dining/living room combinations, 4-season sunrooms with free-standing gas fireplaces, some with living room fireplaces & central air. Several have 2 car attached garages with entrances to home and all come with a charcoal burning grill and outdoor furniture for lounging. Every condo has a boat slip that is numbered to coincide with the condo number you are using. We have a large sand beach, sand volleyball, horseshoe pits, 4 very large community fire pits with half log seating.
Our resort is on the Bearskin Trail, an 18.3 mile hiking and biking trail in the summer and strictly for snowmobilers in winter. You can walk the beautiful, scenic trail to downtown Minocqua in approximately 10 minutes and browse through all the wonderful shops & restaurants. If you enjoy playing tennis, Torpy Park has several courts open to the public, a large beach and outdoor playground for the children.
