Our condo is a very cute one bedroom, one bath located on the ocean side of Redondo Court in North Mission Beach. Where’s Redondo Court? Redondo Court is right in the middle of North Mission Beach – about halfway between Belmont Park’s historic roller coaster and the famous Crystal Pier - so it’s the perfect location in Mission Beach. The Boardwalk and the Pacific Ocean are an easy 50 steps from the condo.
The condo is about 550 sq. feet and has been refurbished so it's exceptionally clean and designer decorated. It has new plantation shutters in the bedroom. The condo faces south so it’s bright and sunny with views of rooftops and surrounding buildings. It is not oceanfront and you cannot see the ocean from the balcony so that’s why the price is very affordable!! But don’t forget - you're only 50 steps to the ocean!

We’ve tried to think of everything you would need to have a carefree, fun filled time at the beach. No kidding. Check out all that is included!! The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size refrigerator, stove & oven, microwave, blender, toaster, coffeemaker, coffee grinder, plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, utensils, pots and pans. There are also spices, coffee, tea, kitchen towels, pot holders, place mats, paper towels, dish soap - even laundry soap and fabric softener for the coin operated washer and dryer in the secure garage. Just bring your food and drinks!!
Headed for the beach? Grab the beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, boogie board and beach umbrella - all included!! You can even use our beach cruiser bikes!!
