Our property in located in close proximity to Gunnison's quaint downtown. Close to all the happenings yet in a very quiet end of town with stellar views. Conveniently located within walking distance of grocery, bank, spirits, airport, campus and the bus route.
We built our home in 2008 with upgrades galore! The rooms are spacious and stylish and feature beautiful granite, slate, travertine and hard woods. The open floor plan is conducive to entertaining your guests. The house is cozy and warm in the winter, cool in the summer. We have included a dream kitchen and master bedroom. The main level master bedroom features access to the backyard, a huge walk-in closet, a walk-in travertine steam shower and oversized tub. The house is accessed with 2 stair steps at the large front porch.
A collection of eclectic decor from a variety of periods and countries will appeal to your senses. The rooms are large, bright and colorful. There are covered porches on both the East and West sides of the house, great for lounging. The large south facing windows and 360 days of sunshine will guarantee your quota of solar gain.
With the list of activities in and around Gunnison you will need a comfortable place to relax and rest. Our home is your perfect 'home away from home'.
Our vacation rental property is owned by it's designer/builder Mike Cole and his wife Carol Quinn. Mike has been designing and building in the Gunnison area for thirty years. Carol is the proprietress of Gunnison's Spa, 'Spa la-la Skin Care, Facials, Waxing and Massage', where you can go and make your vacation that much more enjoyable.
We chose to build a vacation rental in the Gunnison area to provide the incredible opportunities for others that we are blessed with on a daily basis.
We love entertaining our friends and family at our house and the ease of getting around town by foot or bike. Being in Gunnison allows us to feel very connected to all the downtown happenings. Our location features great access to a huge variety of activities from 'A'rchery to 'Z'zzzzz.
