We invite you to unwind and relax in our charming beach cottage with glorious sunset views over Hamlin Creek.

Up the stairs you will find a sun room with bench and wicker set to enjoy the creek viewing, living room is furnished with love seat, queen sleeper sofa, 41' Sony TV with cable, DVD, gas fireplace; dining room equipped with table & 6 chairs; fully equipped tiled kitchen, convection microwave, refrigerator, downdraft stove, dishwasher, small table/2 chairs; main bedroom with queen bed & TV, and one cozy bedroom with 2 twin beds; one full bath with Jacuzzi tub and shower, beach mural on walls! Upstairs is central heat & air, with warm pine floors throughout most. The back deck holds the gas grill with tables and chairs for watching burgers cook. Down one set of steps to additional deck where our private, above ground 18' round, 4' deep pool is located. Down the back outside steps is downstairs apartment with kitchenette with stove, microwave and refrigerator, table and 4 chairs, full bathroom with shower, foosball table, 27' TV with DVD, games, washer/dryer, bedroom w/queen bed.

Through another door and few steps through beach toy room is other large bedroom w/queen bed and love seat with single sleeper. Downstairs apartment is cooled with window units; except for one bedroom has central air. Our deep water dock is 2 houses up & across the street (across from 610 Palm Blvd) w/gorgeous views of Hamlin Creek and Little Goat Island directly across which separates us from the Intracoastal Waterway. View peeks of ships cruising the Waterway, and view the Ravenel bridge. Minutes by boat from Atlantic Ocean, Intracoastal Waterway, Wild Dunes Marina for gassing up and fine dining at Morgan Creek Grill, and small islands and creeks for exploring, crabbing, shrimping, fishing and fun! Our floater has 3 feet of water at front towards the creek *at normal 0/0 low tides. NOTE: At low tide back of floater toward street muds out. 16 X12 covered pier head, with bench, 8X20 floater. Swim at high and medium tide, but not at low tide due to oyster shell beds and pluff mud

Ski: Swimming, surfing, shelling, boating, sailing, biking, world class golf, tennis, miniature golf, fishing, shopping, restaurants, museums and sightseeing.

Golf: Fish and enjoy the creek without ever leaving the dock . . . or bring your boat and explore, fish, wake board, ski right on our wide creek. Be mindful of tides. They are published everyday in our local paper! Also please remember currents can be strong both in the ocean and Hamlin Creek! *Please note at 0/0 or normal low tide the back of floater (towards street) can be in mud. Also please note the deep water dock is shared with one other nice local family. You have full use of dock at all times. Please respect their property, jet ski or boat, tied up to dock.

41 inch Sony TV with cable, deep water dock with 3 feet at front of floater towards creek at normal 0/0 low tide, Pool, phone, air conditioning, 2 kitchens, one up and down, Jacuzzi tub in bathroom upstairs, gas grill, Bed and Bath linens provided, bring your own swim towels.
