3 Bedroom 3 Bath Luxury Oceanfront Townhouse on World Famous Cocoa Beach

I rented this condo for a week with 5 kids and 4 adults it was amazing the condo was more than expected was beautiful excellent location everything you need for a great vacation, thanks vicki had a great time, nice location to pier

We are a family of five kids (two teens) and to adults who stayed in the condo on Cocoa Beach for about three weeks. The condo has a fantastic location and view. From the dinning room you can look directly out on the open sea. It has the best location in the entire complex. The condo was clean and nice when we arrived and the owner was very helpful in providing us information on local restaurants etc.

The pool is small! but we often experienced to have it all to our selves – during working days – so it’s not a huge problem. During weekend it was too crowded. However its nice with the pool for small children, often the sea is to wild for younger kids.

The beach is fantastic, first morning we went down and found several baby sea turtles fighting their way back to the sea. The condo most be lactated on one of the key spots on Cocoa Beach for sea turtle nesting.

Everything works in the kitchen, including the microwave – but if you are a Scandinavian family who likes to cook; you would wish for some new pan and pots. They are outdated!

We cleaned the condo on the morning we left, and met with the owner who was very pleased with job, and we got our entire deposit back – no problem.

Great location, but expect one hour drive to all the big theme parks. However, stay at this condo if you want to live by the sea/on the beach instead of the huge hotels in down town Orlando.

We followed all the rules and cleaned the place before we left, I requested my deposit back and never received it. I never even received a response.

The seller has not responded to me and hung up on me when I told her about my experience.

When I visited Florida was cold. The unit was 52 degrees when we arrived and the blower was on blowing cold air. No instructions for the heat. We called for instructions but never got a call back during our visit. We froze the first night and even considered going to a hotel.

The ad says fireplace but when we got there we found out we were not allowed to use it.

The coffee table was broken. One of the beds in the bedroom had a broken leg so we had to put a suitcase under it to keep it straight.

The microwave would turn sometimes and sometimes it wouldn't.
The microwave light for the cooking stove didn't work.

The blow dryer in the hall bath doesnt blow warm air and the one in the master blows warm but doesnt blow enough to dry hair. Because the write up says it has blowdryers we didn't bring one.

Their was a roach in the master bedroom. The owner confirmed that the place has roaches when I called her and said it was sprayed the day before we arrived. Maybe it wasn't sprayed well if they were still alive two days later.

The ad said - Oceanfront Luxury (roaches, broken furniture and appliances) 2600 sq ft - 3 level townhouse (it's really 2 floors of living with a garage and entry below. You have to walk up a flight to get in) with fireplace (you can't use the Fireplace), jenn-air grill (the grill is in the common area at the other side of the complex) Eat-in kitchen has microwave (not working right),- everything you need for your luxury vacation! (blow dryers don't work)

The property needs a professional cleaning. The half bath downstairs was especially dirty.

Location was the only good thing about this one.
