Eat-in kitchen has microwave ,granite countertops, dishwasher and fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, - everything you need for your luxury vacation! Free digital cable and wi-fi! There is also a separate room off to the side of the master with a futon that sleeps two. The other 2 bedrooms are not. All 3 bedrooms are on the third level with 2 bathrooms. There is also a single sleeper downstairs in the living room. Free wi-fi and digital cable! There is also a new room off of the master suite that has a futon that sleeps 2. There is also a sleeper sofa in the livingroom..

Townhouse Amenities: Big Screen TV, Stone Fireplace, Free Cable, Free wi-fi internet access, DVD Player, VCR Player, Washer,Dryer, TV in every room, kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and appliances. There is a hibachi grill in the kitchen also. Linens and towels are included. There are beach chairs, oceanfront balcony, private garage with garage opener. There are 2 bicycles in the garage for you to use also. Everything is gated. The beach is private, gated, as well as the tennis courts, shuffleboard and the pool. The beach is very nice - very wide and private.

Shopping and Nearby Activities: There is shopping close by and well as Port Canaveral, Ron Jon's Surf Shop and The Cocoa Beach Pier. 5 minutes from the Cocoa Beach pier, shopping and restaurants. 40 minutes from Disney World and all of the Orlando attractions, 15 minutes from Kennedy space center.

Diplomat condo complex Amenities: Private, Gated beach, Shuffleboard, tennis courts and gated pool. Also, new - a golf putting range!

Great Condo - it made our vacation

This is a wonderful condo with lots of amenities and right on the beach. It was clean, comfortable and convenient,and the owner was helpful and accommodating. We had a group of 6 to 8 people and had plenty of room for everyone even when we had a rainy day. It has 2 dining areas so we had room to set up a jigsaw puzzle and still seat 8 around the other table. Grocery store and shops were walking distance. Beach was beautiful and not crowded.

Fabulous property

Our group of 11 spent 8 wonderful and relaxing days at this property. It was everything we wanted and then some! The townhouse itself was immaculate and very well maintained. Having a washer and dryer inside the home was quite a timesaver. Everything was in perfect working order. Although it is a townhome/condominium complex, you'd never know the neighbors are around, it was very quiet. You couldn't get closer to the beach, it was literally steps away. Grocery stores, restaurants, and souvenier shops are all within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again and would also recommend it to any large (or not so large) group. Even though there were 11 of us (7 of which were teens), we never felt cramped or crowded. Thank you Vicki for sharing your beautiful property and making it so comfortable to stay in.
