Written cancellations more than forty five days in advance of the reservation date are eligible for full refunds. Between forty five and fifteen days before the reserved date cancellations will be refunded at 50%, or 100% if the reservation dates are filled. Cancellations received at less than fifteen days before the reservation date are not eligible for refunds.

Area Natural Resources & Cabin Amenities: You'll find multiple access points to snowmobile trails, rivers and creeks, hiking trails, and beaches from our property or only a few minutes away. Golfers will find a variety of tier one courses in the area. If quiet seclusion is your idea of the ideal vacation, snuggle up in the warmth of the woodstove or watch fish migrate upstream while enjoying a campfire from the riverbank. Amenities: Washer, dryer, stove, propane furnace, refrigerator, coffee maker, cooking utensils, tableware, silverware, microwave, toaster, satellite TV, DVD player, and stereo system. Both gas and charcoal grills are available. Linens and paper products are provided. Duraflame logs are also provided for the woodstove in the winter. Recent additions include a firepit, 12' x 16' deck and benches.

Betsie River Getaway is also located midway between Manistee and Traverse City Michigan each approximately thirty miles away and offering easy access to all the amenities of the city. Benzie County, Michigan is world renown for the beauty of Lake Michigan and its dunes, the world class fishing, and recreational diversity
