Key Colony Beach oceanside home located on 10th Street on 100ft wide canal with direct access to ocean and gulf via the Vaca Cut with 37.5 ft step down wooden dock. Equipped to accommodate boats up to 30ft + with dockside electric, water, dock guards and cleats. Beautifully furnished canal front, totally renovated 1/2 duplex home with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths sleeps up to 5 and large screened-in sun room with dining for 6. Master bedroom has queen size bed and private full bath. The second bedroom has 1 full size and 1 twin bed. The living room has a queen sofa bed and 2 sliding glass doors that open onto side and back yards. There is ample parking for 3 vehicles with room for boat trailer. Membership in the Cabana Club, which includes use of ocean front heated pool and jacuzzi, ocean beach and snack/tiki bar all are a short walk. Needs nothing, just bring your luggage. Marathon Airport 5 minutes away.. fly directly into Marathon from Fort Lauderdale on Florida Coastal Airways.
