Since Hilton Head has been our favorite family vacation location for over 12 years we decided to buy a condo! Come share the experience for yourself and your family at Hilton Head Beach and Tennis. This secure, gated, beachfront resort is a great place to unwind and enjoy yourself whether you have the entire family or for a romantic weekend. We have a 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit that sleeps up to 6. There is a queen bed in the recently re-decorated bedroom, a new queen sleeper sofa in the living room and two bunks for the kids. This is a 'clean', non-smoking unit, sorry, no pets allowed on the resort. Come join us for a visit and make some memories that will last a lifetime.

BR B Amenities: /B BR Welcome to this secure gated family beachfront resort. This air-conditioned 3rd floor condo with elevator access offers a full kitchen with microwave, full size refrigerator and stove with all cooking utensils needed (But who needs it you're on vacation!). Color TV with cable in family room and bedroom, VCR/DVD player, stereo/CD player, phone with message system, internet access, queen bed, new queen sleeper sofa and twin bunks. The oceanfront 'Rum Runners' tiki hut serves food and drinks (in season) along with 'The Kings Wharf' on-site restaurant and oyster bar.

Casual is always appropriate, but if needed, iron/ironing board and a hair dryer in the bathroom is available. Covered balcony with view of pool and ocean is great for morning coffee. If you must, there are new on-site washer/dryers. We have the largest pool on the island with separate kiddie pool, kids playground and tennis for our guests on any of 10 lighted courts (newly resurfaced) Lessons are available from the pro.

Activities (on-site or nearby) include hiking/biking on miles of paved trails, golf, tennis, fitness center, miniature golf, fishing, shopping, restaurants, cinemas, sightseeing, swimming, boating, kayaking, dolphin watches/cruises, sailing, and all water sports.
Area:
2 airports are within 30 - 50 minute drive. Savannah, Georgia, Charleston and Beaufort, South Carolina are within a very short driving distance for day trips.

There are many restaurants to choose from, lots of shopping, even for the sports enthusiasts.

I have been vacationing to Hilton Head Island since 1993, and have had several Villa horror stories. This is my second time renting this particular Villa. The villa is beautiful, and always spotless. It is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and glasses-so there is nothing you need. The location is perfect, walk right to the beach. I will definitely return and will rent this unit again.
