The gourmet kitchen has a 5'6' island and is suitable for several cooks as well as everyone else who always seem to hang out there. Two sinks, walk-in pantry, and commercial ice machine complete the list of well-appointed appliances. Table service for 16 and all necessary kitchen utensils and cookware are included for your convenience. Farmhouse table seats 10-12. Adjacent screened porch has another table for 6 and a large gas grill.
On the main level can also be found the master suite with a king size cherry bed handmade by the owner himself. Relax in bed with a private TV. The adjacent screened porch has a couch and rockers for 'chilling out'. The master bath has dual height vanities, a whirlpool lounging tub, and a large shower with 2 adjustable shower heads for 'partnering up'.
The recirculating pump makes waiting for hot water a thing of the past.
The upper level has two suites separated by a 32' open balcony overlooking the lodge room. Each suite has two bedrooms and a tile bath. This arrangement makes it suitable for family reunions, company retreats, or just the desire to spread out.
The 2 level boat dock has two jet ski ramps and room for a boat. The upper deck is for sunning and watching the kids perform ski tricks. The cove is large enough for skiing but quiet enough for swimming and floating. Lake Keowee has 300 miles of pristine shoreline. Its a short distance the the Keowee Marina where boat rentals, an outdoor bistro, and evening entertainment are available.

freezer, dishwasher, commercial ice machine, compactor, disposal) we have supplied the kitchen with an automatic coffee maker, toaster oven, waffle maker, blender, hand mixer, spices, a starter supply of dish washing liquid, dishwasher detergent, and paper towels. The laundry room has a large capacity washer and dryer, built-in ironing center, cleaning supplies, a starter supply of detergent, and fire extinguisher. The baths have hand soap, toilet paper, tissues, and luxurious towels (please bring your own beach towels). Bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans, quality mattresses, and sumptuous linens.
In the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains is Sencea, SC, a progressive little town within a larger fun-filled area. This area includes 3 major lakes, 4 state parks, a national forest and Clemson University. Water sports of all kinds (fishing, boating, skiing, sailing, jet skiing, swimming, and tubing, just to mention a few) are the most popular tourist draws.

Table Rock State Park has nature trails, picnicking, and beautiful waterfalls. Sumter National Forest has hiking trails, waterfalls, lakes, and streams. Clemson University is only 10 miles away and has all sorts of athletic and cultural events and a 208 acre botanical garden. Whitewater rafting is available on the Chattooga River. The specialty shops on Ram Cat Alley in Seneca provide a delightful way to spend the afternoon antiquing and hunting those one-of-a-kind items. Several golf courses and a large tennis center with fitness facilities are nearby. Seneca, Clemson, and Anderson have all kinds of restaurants to satisfy all kinds of tastes and budgets. A mult-screen theatre, bowling alley, banks, hospital, churches, grocery stores, and drug stores are just minutes away.
