Relaxing! The view & the house are wonderful.
Perfect for a small family get together or just a quiet get-away. Water is shallow this year - so swimming is either when you take your boat out - or when you go explore caseville beach. Bottom is all sand so makes wonderful walking/strolling around.
My crew takes small floatable rafts and small floating cooler out - and just walks a ways out to play some football and lounge.
Location: 2+hours North of Metro Detroit on South Side of Sand Point (Wild Fowl Bay-Saginaw Bay) so enjoy the sunshine & at night relax by the fire on the edge of the property overlooking the water.
The house has 3 bedrooms & two full bathrooms.
1st floor BR- 2 full beds
2nd floor BR - 1 queen
2nd floor BR - 2 sets of bunk beds (full bottom-twin top) (TV)
House is fully furnished - including laundry room. The deck has a gas grill & utensils for your use.
House is very clean. Feels like a home away from home!

We had a great time. The GPS actually took us past the house, but with a giant blue bin in the front yard with the house number on it, it was kind of hard to miss. We walked in and were stunned. Bright shining wood as far as the eye could see, and a beautiful upstairs with large and comfortable beds. The view of the water was spectacular, and my siblings and I wanted to jump right into taking a trip across the lake, but we had to unpack first. After we did, we took a canoe trip out to the middle of the bay, then decided to walk home through the waist deep water. It was phenomenal. We stayed there until yesterday, Friday the 18th, and yet we still left wanting more. The public beach with kayak and paddle board rentals was only about 10 minutes away, and we loved the go karting place right on the road into town. All in all, a fantastic place to stay with multiple children and a work-weary father. I would give it six stars if I could!
We had an awesome time!!!!!!! Stayed the last week in august, beautiful weather. Saw 8 deer on the property about 30 feet away from us. Our 4 year old had a blast in the water, very shallow and sandy. There was lots of sand toys for the kids plus indoor games in case a rainy day. wireless internet, A/C, coffee pot, grill, firewood, we couldn't have asked for more! Rental was extremely clean! Purchasing was very easy through email. Owners very nice and accommodating. Overall a wonderful place on a quiet street right on the water!
We had a great time. Considering it was just us two moms and four little girls, we had everything we needed. No need for a man this week. We were able to start fires in the spacious fire pit with lots of available wood. We put the jet ski in and pulled the girls around tubing in the bay. Everything we needed was either in the house or the fun shed (thats what the girls called it). The house had everything that it claimed in the description. The owners were very gracious and used exceptional business etiquette when it came to a question regarding pricing. Very honest, upfront people. Our girls were 4,5,6 & 7. I think they caught about 30 tiny frogs each and made little homes for them everyday. Then they would let them go at night so they could go back and be with their families. (Very Cute). We had dear come right up on the lawn twice while we were having a bomb fire and we saw dear almost every twilight if we went for a drive.
The only draw back was the waterfront. The water levels were up this year so there really was no beach or water entrance for the children to play in. The property did have a very large sand area away from the water for the kids to play in, but it would have been nice if there was a beach area for the kids water/sand castle play. In addition, if you want the pretty sunrise and sunset you need to be on the other side of Sandpoint. With that little draw back about the beach, I would still definitely refer this property to friends and family. Very nice relaxing place to visit and we got to go into town Friday night for the first night of the Cheeseburger Festival. Fun............
This home is even more beautiful than the pictures show! It was our second family summer vacation here and we couldn't be happier with the place. Pretty much everything is included but the food. Met the owners and they're awesome too! Definitely our home away from home - and for a great price too. Can't wait until next year!
