Relaxing! The view & the house are incredible. Perfect for a small family reunion or just a quiet get-away. Location: 2+hours North of Metro Detroit on South Side of Sand Point (Wild Fowl Bay-Saginaw Bay) so enjoy the sunshine & at night relax by the fire on the edge of the property overlooking the water. The house has 3 bedrooms & two full bathrooms. 1st floor BR- 2 full beds (TV/DVD) 2nd floor BR - 1 queen 2nd floor BR - 2 sets of bunk beds (full bottom-twin top) (TV) House is fully furnished - including laundry room. The deck has a gas grill & utensils for your use. House is very clean. Waterfront has grass that is kept very short (just like a lawn) - easy to walk right into the water.

Great getaway for the family

We had an awesome time!!!!!!! Stayed the last week in august, beautiful weather. Saw 8 deer on the property about 30 feet away from us. Our 4 year old had a blast in the water, very shallow and sandy. There was lots of sand toys for the kids plus indoor games in case a rainy day. wireless internet, A/C, coffee pot, grill, firewood, we couldn't have asked for more! Rental was extremely clean! Purchasing was very easy through email. Owners very nice and accommodating. Overall a wonderful place on a quiet street right on the water!

Our Summer Home for a Week!

This home is even more beautiful than the pictures show! It was our second family summer vacation here and we couldn't be happier with the place. Pretty much everything is included but the food. Met the owners and they're awesome too! Definitely our home away from home - and for a great price too. Can't wait until next year!
