The pictures don't do this townhouse justice. You walk in to a small foyer that has room for your beach items and shoes but also a door to the 2 car garage. Inside the garage is the door for the elevator. We only used this when we got there to bring up luggage and groceries. There is elevator access on all levels. On the first level is the dining area, kitchen and living room. The view from the living room is incredible! There are 2 loungers and a table w 4 chairs. We ate all our meals on the patio. Upstairs is a bedroom w 2 double beds and a full bath. In the hall is the "den" area that has a full size pull out. In the master is a double bed, walk in closet, full bath w a great shower. There is also a patio w a table and 2 chairs. The home was very clean. Furniture could use updating but its for sale so thats probably why. Very comfortable though. There is a pool w bathrooms on the bay side and one gulf front. Its only a few minutes walk to the gulf, crossing only 2 lanes and has a private walk way. There is a trolly stop going both N and S just down the street, not even a block. I'm really sorry we had to leave. We're already talking about going back next year!
