Screened-in porch off kitchen with washer and dryer, freezer. Large trampoline raft moored in front plus other boats and inflatables there for your use.
Step off your boat onto one of two docks and walk a few feet to this charming one story cottage. Enter into LR/DR with big fieldstone fireplace (also Irish Waterford wood stove for chilly nights) and lots of windows out to the Lake. Equipped kitchen to left and hall to bath, and 3 BRs to right. Soak under the stars in a new outdoor tub for two while listening to the waves and loons
Swimming, boating, excellent fishing - (owner is author of new book on angling in Lake Winni), hiking in the White Mountains, shopping, theater in peaceful, convenient surroundings.
Golf: Excellent restaurants, shopping at outlets, varieties of great outdoor recreation in the beauty of the Lakes Region of NH, or vacation loafing!
