The unit's new windows, carpeting, and air conditioning unit were installed in 2004, the living room furniture was replaced in 2003, and the bathrooms were refurbished in 2002. The kitchen appliances were replaced in 2004, and include a smooth-top range, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, and dishwasher. It's fully stocked with all the necessities, such as dishes, flatware, pots and pans, glasses, cups, etc.
There are cable TV outlets in the living room and master bedroom, a 32' TV with separate DVD/VCR player in the living room, and a 19' TV/DVD/VCR combo in the master bedroom. There is also a new stack washer/dryer(2004).
All you need to bring are sheets, towels, and food.
When you arrive, you will be asked to pay a $30.00 registration fee, for which you will receive a parking pass for one car. An additional pass for one car can be purchased for $10.00 per day, but there is ample parking in a municipal parking lot across Coastal Highway and a block south.
BR B Activities: /B BR Swimming, of course, in either the Atlantic Ocean (only steps away) or the convenient pool reserved for condo guests.
The Ocean City Boardwalk is only a short distance away, by bus ($2.00/person for an all day pass) or car.
There you'll find lots of shopping and eating establishments, Ripley's Believe it or Not Museum, two amusement parks with rides, and all the sand and surf you'll ever want; there are a multitude of mini-golf courses along Coastal Highway.
There is a supermarket within walking distance of the condo, as well as other shops and restaurants. There are many other excellent restaurants along Coastal Highway, as well as just outside Ocean City. At the Inlet, you can sign up for sightseeing boat tours along the Ocean City coastline.
Tax-free shopping is available only a few miles north in Delaware, and there are a multitude of outlet stores, as well, in Ocean City itself.
