Best location at the beach

The owners were very accommodating--we included two dogs, paid the doggie fee, and received our total deposit back. Little "glitches" with the hot tub and TV were fixed immediately. Michelle greeted us warmly and gave us a most helpful tour. High tide nearly lapped the bottom step of the back porch, low tide gave us a very wide beach to run with the dogs. The covered porch was sited so that a prevailing easy breeze cooled us while we read and watched the world go by. Some of the family (men, of course), grumbled about how to tune the televisions, but that was no different than we experienced at home! The kitchen was well stocked. We read the orientation book as soon as we arrived and found it very helpful. Insulation was more than adequate to keep sound from traveling within the sleeping space for our eleven family members. The pool was very well maintained during our stay. Parking was fine for five cars with wiggle room. Sunsets were beautiful over the marsh--be sure to eat outside at one of the marsh- side restaurants within one half mile of the house. Can't wait to go back!

Owner's Response: We appreciate your feedback and always strive to maintain this house in top shape. We feel Ocean Mist has the best ocean views around and is very close the the "point of Garden City". I have seen 12 small cars parked there before.
