Condo, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths, (Sleeps 4-6)

Beautiful condo located on the 6th floor of the Sand Point building with access via the interior corridor.

This unit has a private balcony facing the South side with a gorgeous view of Daytona Beach and the Intercoastal. The balcony is accessible off the family room and master bedroom.

Directly across the street from the Sand Point building is the infamous 'Cow Licks'.

This unit is located about two miles from the boardwalk in a quite and family oriented part of the Daytona Beach Shores.

The unit will sleep up to 6 people. Management on site to assist with questions (if needed).

had an amazing week at condo!sandpoint was very private, very quite and great location.room even better in person then pictured!many extra s from boogie boards to pool floats plenty of towels and everything you would need from home.fantastic large balcony with great view of ocean and beach to intercoastel!you can eat meals and listen to waves!!!owners very easy to deal made it very simple and prompt with refund for deposit and always communicated with us.would highly recommend and will be returning for future stays!!!
