Home has new kitchen, granite counters and stainless steel appliances also den/family room or 4th bedroom, dining room with wet bar, living room, and a half bath on the first floor. It has a backyard and a nice patio/deck up front for views and BBQs. 3 BR and 2 BA upstairs with decks off the master and 2nd bedroom. Master has a king bed and 2nd bedroom has a queen, the third has 2 twin beds and there is a sleeper sofa in the den/4th bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the living room and an air mattress bed if needed. There is a crib, highchair available.
This lively area is 5 minutes from the Ritz Carlton, The Montage and the St. Regis, three of the top 20 resorts in the U.S.A. It has a dozen or more top golf courses withing easy driving distance. We are near the galleries and nightlife of Laguna Beach, and a short drive to Los Angeles and San Diego. Dana Point is the home of the Ocean Institute, the Festival of the Whales, the Tall Ships Festival and a world renowned Blues Festival.
The Dana Point Marina offers daily cruises to Catalina Island, whale watching trips, sport fishing expeditions, jet ski and boat rentals. Wonderful restaurants abound and shopping in and around Orange County is definitely 'world class'. Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, Universal Studios, Sea World, Legoland, South Coast Plaza and Rodeo Drive attract tourists from all over the world. Laguna Beach, famous for its artist colony, is immediately north of Dana Point. It is home to the Pageant of the Masters, Sawdust Festival and Festival of the Arts.
