The prime season is from December to April.
If a cook or babysitter is wanted there is a separate payment to be made to her.
Many times we have groups interested for the same time.
We go by whoever sends in security deposit first get the time.
Off Season
May through Nov $190/night or $1330/week
High Season
Dec Through Apr $250/night or $1750/week - If you are interested in renting the house, we do ask for a $300 security deposit to lock in your dates plus the full amount upon arrival.

Further details for this vacation villa rental in Puntarenas City, Costa Rica
More Details: The pool is 3 ½ feet deep on the shallow end and 6 ½ feet in the deep end. Picnic tables and a barbecue hut are located around the pool. The beach is located at the edge of the property, we consider it our backyard. Once at the beach you can walk several miles in each direction. A gardener/guard is on the property at all times to ensure a clean and safe time. A cook or babysitter can be provided for an extra charge. The way the house is rented: we rent the whole house to the same renter whether it is a group or just a single family. December through April is the prime season.
