Clean, spacious, three bedroom, two-level home with loft, one block from beach & pool, clubhouse, restaurant, as well as playground.

The perfect family get-away, enjoy our indoor jacuzzi tub, fireplace, and game room equipped with pool table, ping pong, air hockey, music, and games to keep the kids busy. Hang out in the loft equipped with TV, VCR, radio, and video game system. Get cozy by the fireplace after a long day of skiing, while enjoying a DVD movie in our comfortable living room, or relax in the indoor jacuzzi tub while looking out at the stars. We provide everything except for your bed linens, food, and personal items.

Great Weekend

I rented this property for my daughter and her boyfriend and 4 friends for his 20th birthday, at their expense. They thoroughly enjoyed the property. They said it was awesome! It was just as advertised. (I have rented other properties, in other locations and they weren't anything like their pictures or descriptions). The owner was great, she gave them great directions to the property and directions to everything in the area. As it was their first time travelling that far, her directions made it very easy to get there. They would love to rent it again.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Warm and cozy home

This pocono home was a delight to stay in. Location to ski areas was good and the house easy to find. House was clean and thoughtfully decorated . Our group of four had plenty of space to stretch out by the fire and enjoyed home cooked meals - the kitchen was well equipped ! The only downside would be the beds were less than comfortable, none of us slept well. Also the community trash area was quite far from the house so driving with trash in the car everyday kind of sucked . This house would be great for a family with young kids- she has an adorable game room set up and we were looking forward to using it but it really more suitable for kids.
Owner's Response: My family and I speep in the beds and do not have a problem. I have replaced most of the mattresses in the last 5 years. Sorry that the last group did not get a good nights sleep. They are the first to complain of this. I will make it a point to check the mattresses the next time I stay at the house. The gameroom is for use by both children and adults. There is a dart board for the adults. The 6ft. game table flips from a pool table to an air hockey table, great for kids and adults.

I can't control the trash dilemma. The house is in a rural area and this is what is available in the community of Towamensing Trails.

Great Stay

A couple friends and I had a great stay in the beginning of November. The neighborhood is very quiet and relaxing. The game room was hours of entertainment and the grill kept us full the entire weekend. The house was well kept and had everything you will need. It had plenty of rooms and the fireplace kept us warm through the night. All in all it was a great stay and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in the area for a fair price.

Charming and Clean House

The first words that were uttered to me when we entered the house was "wooah nice pick"! (we've had a history of renting properties that were unfortunately not up to par)
This house is absolutely charming and clean and well stocked. The owner Denise is very helpful. You can tell she put a lot of thought and love into the house from the decorations to the handwritten instructions and tips.
We had a lot of fun playing in the game room and lounging in the living room. It even has a basketball hoop in the driveway which we put to good use.
I would absolutely rent from Denise again. Thank you!

Loved it!

Had a great weekend in this adorable house! It was a girls weekend, with 8 of us there was more than enough room! The pictures do the house no justice, you can't get the full picture with how the loft and how everything is set up. In the kitchen you have everything you need. The game was great, especially for kids. We had so much fun in the jacuzzi, it fit four people comfortably. From the decks you can see the lake, very quiet and peaceful! Denise was very accommodating. Would love to stay here again!
