Welcome to Seascape Heron, located in beautiful Ocean City, Maryland on 120th Street, bay side. Vacation in one of OC's most prestigious locations surrounded by beautiful bay grasses and plush landscaping- This luxury condominium complex is nestled in a quiet bayside neighborhood, which boasts 2 large outdoor pools, plus a kiddie pool (all located right next door to our building.) It also overlooks a 10-acre wildlife preserve, which is situated in the center of the community. The unit has a large, private porch with views of the inlet off of the bay. This unit has been completely refurnished, re-carpeted and retiled within a few years. The unit is fully equipped with all the comforts of home, while decorated in a light 'beachy' motif. There is a spacious living room which has cathedral ceilings and large windows for a bright/cheery atmosphere. Please do Not inquire if you are not over 21 years of age- We do not rent to High School Seniors for Beach Week in June!

Ocean City is on the Eastern Shore of Maryland- a close drive from the Baltimore, Washington, Philadelphia, and Pittsburgh areas. There are quiet side-streets for walking and biking and it's a short, 3-block walk to the beach. There is a large grocery store at the end of the street- as well as a CVS and Wawa. All of the best restaurants are located within a few blocks, including The Greene Turtle, Phillips Seafood House, Jordan's Rooftop, Crabcake Factory, J.R.'s Ribs, and Higgins Crabhouse! The 58 acre Northside Park is 5 blocks away and includes jogging paths, playground facilities, picnic areas, ball fields, fishing lagoon, gym, and 1/4-mile pier. We are in the perfect bayside location - 3 blocks from the ocean, but far enough from Coastal Highway so that your stay will be peaceful and relaxing! Ocean City is close to many beach towns :Fenwick Island - 3 Miles, Bethany Beach - 8 Miles, Assateague Island - 9 Miles, Dewey Beach -19 Miles, and Rehoboth Beach - 21 Miles

Fantastic Affordable Vacation.

One of the most affordable places to stay. The unit was very cozy. Away from the hustle of the main streets of Ocean City, yet so close enough to enjoy the many sites. This is a perfect place for families who want to have a great time, yet who seek the quiet nights. My family and I have been coming to Ocean City for several years now, rented several places. Finally we have found what we are looking for. Looking forward to renting again in the future. The pool is fantastic!!!!! Thanks Derick and family.

Best week of our lives

This place exceeded our expectations for such a reasonable price. The entire development was beautiful. Such detail goes into every single thing. While we were there, a home for the TRASH CANS was being constructed. 3 days were spent building, sanding, and painting a place just for the trash. You can only imagine what attention is paid to everything else. The pool was also great. Lap pool is great for reading while sitting in the water, since no kids are splashing and hardly anyone used it. The unit itself was amazing. We had so much fun. Conveniently located near everything but boardwalk and Seacrets. The bus ride got a little annoying, but I still wouldn't stay anywhere else. My only complaint was that we had to check out by 10. I wish we could've stayed longer.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway
