Enjoy the comfort of this beautiful waterfront 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. Our unit (ground floor) is located on one of the larger canals in Cape Coral & has all the amenities to enjoy a wonderful vacation. The unit has a screened-in lanai off the living area where you can sit and watch the boats go by or just enjoy the beautiful breezes blowing on the palms. Just outside is a large deck with a tiki hut for your relaxation and sunbathing. You can fish off this deck or one of three boat docks for your use. The heated swimming pool is located just above the deck which is shared with only 7 other units.

Area: Located near-by is Ft. Myers where you can visit the Edison and Ford winter retreats, or the white sand beaches. There's also the Ft. Myer's 'World's Largest Flea Market', open on weekends. Also close-by are; Sanibel Island (great shelling on the beach), Bonita Springs (dog racing) and the Everglades (airboat rides). Other close-by attractions are located at Cape Coral, including: the Cape Coral Golf and tennis club, the public beach and lots of great shopping and restaurants to choose from. All water-sports are available, including deep sea fishing.

You will be charged for long distance calls, recommend buying a calling card. Any damage or excessive cleaning charge will be deducted from your security deposit. The reservation deposit money will be subtracted off the balance due. The reservation deposit is due (45)days prior to occupancy. The security deposit will be returned within 30 days of your departure. Our unit is' NEVER AVAILABLE' (January, February, and March) Compare: A motel at $70 a day x 7 days =$490/wk plus 11% tax.

A tropical paradise.

Our vacation here was just what we hoped for and more. The view on the water was amazing and relaxing. The condo was very tastefully furnished . It gave you that "Tropical Florida feeling."
The kitchen was furnished with everthing we needed to cook any sort of meal we wanted which we enjoyed out on the beautiful lanai overlooking the water.
Fishing was great off of the tiki hut and the large pool was a perfect way to end the beautiful tropic days. We would definitely return again!
