Thank you so much, Jerry and Karen, for the chance to stay in your delightful home. When I arrived in the evening, the lights were on to welcome me and that is how I have felt all this week....welcome. It is obvious that this space has been put together with love and care. Dreamy, comfortable king bed with an expansive view of the water and personal touches that make you feel like a special guest.
The whitewashed building is surrounded by lush landscaping and the palm trees swaying in the breeze just adds to the beauty of the WATERFRONT location. Here you are central to everything in the area. The condo is very clean and well cared for and was a joy to come back to at the end of a busy day.......wait a minute, I'm just going to take a dip in the pool a few steps away.....now I'm on the lanai with the breeze gently blowing through........heavenly!
This is a ground floor unit, so great for someone that might have trouble with stairs. If Jerry's unit is not available, there are other nice units he can help you find in the same building. I came to Cape Coral to buy a condo, but frankly have not found a nicer place and will be renting from Jerry in the future instead. I loved it, will be back,and cannot believe how reasonable it is.
While here try Red's for great seafood on Pine Island.......Enjoy! Thanks again for everything.....LindaK.
P.S. This is not just a rental unit, it's Jerry and Karen's home away from home, that makes a difference, you can tell.........don't look any further, you've found the right place!
