On your next visit to the Smoky Mountains, enjoy yourself as never before, by renting your very own log cabin in a scenic setting. 'The Bear's Den' has everything to make your trip complete. After a day full of activities in the Pigeon Forge area, return 'home' and relax in the hot tub, while enjoying the view from the spacious, screened porch. Cook just the right meal in the modern kitchen, then spend a romantic evening by the fireplace with someone special. A large, two-person Jacuzzi and king-sized bed are steps away. Should you require an extra bed, the queen sized sofa sleeper is as comfortable as a regular bed, and sleeps two more people. The Bears Den is as suitable for families as it is couples. You will love it here and come back again and again. Our cabin is easily accessible, as there is one low step onto the front porch. There are No Stairs.

My husband, daughter and I spent a week here in March 2008. It was our 10th anniversary & Spring Break. This was our first "real" vacation and it was great! The home was wonderful and had everything we could have imagined. The location was perfect, away from everything but close enough to enjoy all the sights. We wanted snow soo bad and one day we drove into the mountains and played in the snow. The trip was a dream come true and when we come back we would definitely stay here. Thank you for loaning out your amazing home. Well worth the 14 hour drive from Texas.

My wife and I recently spent our 40th anniversary at The Bear's Den and there was no better place we could have stayed. The hospitality of Bill and Jeannie was overwhelming. The directions Bill gave are so accurate, we actually found the place at midnight after leaving work and driving into the night from South Alabama. It was SO wonderful to be able to claim such a beautiful hide-a-away as our place to stay in the mountains. We spent most of out time seeing the sights in nearby Pigeon Forge and enjoying some of the fine restaurants and family variety shows. We even got to see Dolly Parton at Dollywood in her parade. We have great photos of that. Our four days there were all so awesome and special for both of us. The cabin is utterly fantastic with everything you could possibly need. Thanks again for sharing your home in the mountains with us. We sincerely hope to return there soon...maybe on our 41st! Jerry and Frances Barlow, Highland Home, Alabama

From the moment you arrive at the front door of the The Bear's Den your time away from "routine" begins to transform to "relaxation." Believe me, you will not be disappointed with the care and attention to comfort Bill & Jeannie have provided. The first words out of our mouths, OH WOW, the last words, PLEASE TELL ME IT ISN'T TIME TO LEAVE ALREADY." Seriously, the mountain top privacy is well worth coming to visit The Bear's Den. These folks are very easy to work with and professional.

We just returned home from a week in the Bear's Den; I miss it already!! The site and the cabin itself are absolutely perfect for a couple's get-a-way. Owners Bill and Jeannie have made sure every need is met. We hope to revisit the Bear's Den many times in the future.

Great Cabin, We stayed at the Bear's Den from Aug. 27 to Sept. 1, and loved it. Beautiful!! Very clean!! well stocked and quiet. A perfect place for us to celebrate our 25th anniversary. Bill and Jeannie were great to deal with and very accomodating. Recommend it to anyone. Wish I could have stayed forever.
