House, 4 Bedrooms + Other (See Description), 2 Baths, (Sleeps 8)

Cozy cabin at low elevation with sandy beach frontage on 3111 acre Grindstone Lake. House faces the west for beautiful sunsets. The sand bottom swimming area is right off the dock with a gradual incline that is perfect for kids. The lake is excellent for swimming, fishing, watersports, boating and much more. At the opposite end of the lake is a restaurant with boat access. We do have a jet ski lift for your use. The property has a huge open yard for volleyball or any other games. A campfire is located in the wooded area of the property.

The main floor has an open plan with a newly furnished family room and fireplace, large remodeled kitchen(seating for 8), and a sunroom. Off the sunroom is a deck with outdoor seating for dinning and watching the sunsets. Main floor also has two bedrooms and a bathroom. Lower floor has two bedrooms, a bathroom, laundry room and an open family room.

*Also have a 4 BR/2 BA house next door to rent for family reunions!
