CBW has a unique split level design that offers 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom in each level. This allows groups or couples an added level of privacy choices. There is independent air-conditioning in both levels. The upper level is the main level of the home with 1 king, 1 queen, a full bathroom, living room and kitchen. The living room has a full entertainment system. The kitchen is fully stocked with quality cookware, flatware, appliances, utensils, gadgets, etc. The interior flows out to the large covered ocean view veranda that's really a 'Tropical Great Room'. It offers the main dining area with 8-person circular wood table, gas BBQ, sectional seating for 7 and service bar. The lower level has a covered ocean view veranda with a 6-person wood dining table and other seating. Bathrooms remodeled in December 2008.
WiFi Internet & Swimming Pool:
Casa Blue Wind is WiFi equipped for your laptops to stay connected to friends and associates. It's a secure Netgear wireless routed dedicated solely for our guests' use. The wireless router accommodates 801.11b, 801.11g and 801.11n protocols. DNS information is available to configure your computer onsite to connect directly through the wireless router to the Internet modem with an ethernet cable.
We also have a traditional landline telephone with free local calls within CR. You can place and receive international calls.
Casa Blue Wind has a wonderful fully blue tiled swimming pool. It is generously sized at 31' x 19' and is 3' to 6' deep. There are 4 sunken swim-up barstools in the deep end adjacent to a beautifully tiled sunken wet bar with covered rancho, sink, power outlets, lights and under counter storage area.
The pool deck has great views of the ocean and jungle.
Professional pool service is provided twice per week.
Awesome Location:
Casa Blue Wind is located in the best neighborhood ('Vista Azul') in Manuel Antonio. We are just 50 meters before the well know Hotel La Mariposa, and just 100 meters off the main North/South road between the town of Quepos and the entrance and beaches of Manuel Antonio State Park ('MASP'). This is the main and only transportation route in the area. Quepos is 5 k/m to the North and MASP is 2 k/m to the South. We are walking distance to beaches, cafes, bars, spas, hotels, casinos, pizza spots, a bank, rental car agency (National), pharmacies, liquor store, Internet outlets, art galleries, and more. Our website has a 'Maps' section that will show you really just how close CBW is to everything to do and see in Manuel Antonio and the greater Quepos area. We are a 15 minute drive from the local Quepos Airport and a 25 minute flight or 3 hour drive from San Jose's international airport.
