Great vacation home with all the comforts of home. Heated pool has spa jets and a sitting bench. Each room has a large closet for our long-term vacationers, and ceiling fans for 24/7 comfort. Covered patio and open pool-side lanai accommodates both sun bathers and shade lovers. Patio has a small bar, with kitchen access. Filtered water in the kitchen is a must in our book, and you will find it here! Separate dining room and living room for our guests who like to formally entertain from time to time. Master bedroom, family room, and living room open up to pool area. Family room has TV, DVD, Stereo with surround sound, for in home relaxing evenings. Also available is a crib and a changing table for our tiny guests. A Handicap ramp is installed and ramp accesses the home through the pool area. You can browse the Internet and check your email also.

Kitchen has Jenair open-range cook top, microwave, oven, dishwasher and filtered water. Separate laundry room has washer and dryer. 2 car garage with remote control entry. Air conditioned throughout. Heated pool, also equipped with solar blanket. Handicap entry. Nordic Track unit available in garage.

Activities:: Marco Island has many beach activities, such as para sailing and boat rentals. Marco has many fine restaurants as well as shopping and sight seeing. You are only 1 1/2 hours from Miami or South Beach, for a great day trip. Naples, 20 minutes away, has theaters, operas, lots of events, and lots of outlet and fine shops as well as any restaurant that may tickle your fancy. The Everglades offers environmental tours as well as air boat rides and alligator spotting tours/ farms. Located just 5 minutes driving time to the residential or Tiger Tail Beaches.

Extremely accommodating, great layout of house with MBR on one end of house and other bedrooms at other end. We traveled with 10 month old, and all the amenities were there...real easy. Changing table, crib..fantastic...Location is great...just a short ride to beach, and short ride either way to shops and restaurants, grocery stores etc. House is very clean, and access to pool great through fam room, living rm or MBR, which is great! We had a fun stay, and would highly recommend this great house to any of our friends.
